I love Halloween door decor! Recently, I decorated my front door like a jack-o-lantern for around $10 using all items I found at Dollar Tree. They have an excellent selection of fun items like faux spider webs, Halloween signs, skulls, and faux headstones, that are perfect to use as creative Halloween decor!

I wrapped my front door in orange wrapping paper, and used a couple sheets of their black poster board to achieve a fun jack-o-lantern look. I love how my Halloween front door decorations turned out and you can try it too!

Hip Tips for making DIY Halloween front door decorations:

You can use wrapping paper or an orange dollar store plastic tablecloth to cover door. This may be a slighter more water-proof option, and will have a similar look.

Decorate the outside of door or inside. I also like the idea of placing this jack-o-lantern Halloween door decor on the inside of the door. You can also use it as a fun photo backdrop to capture your kiddos in their costumes!

Don’t stress and try to make it look perfect! For instance, I felt like the area around my door handle turned out sloppy so I placed some Dollar Tree faux cobwebs over it, and problem solved!
